This quote perfectly encapsulates my recent endeavour into fitness. Like many, I struggled with incorporating regular exercise into my life. The challenge wasn't just about finding time; it was about overcoming years of inactivity and the daunting thought of starting from scratch.

The Two-Minute Challenge

Inspired by the principles of "Atomic Habits," I decided to start small – very small. My goal was simple: two minutes of press-ups every day. It may sound insignificant, but these two minutes represented a significant shift in mindset. It was about showing up and taking action, no matter how small.

The Future You

Imagine stepping into a time machine and meeting yourself three years from now. Who is this person? What have they achieved? What makes them smile every morning? This exercise isn't just a daydream; it's a roadmap to your future self.

Living Beyond the Rut

Many of us are caught in a 'rut', a comfortable yet limiting routine. In my personal anecdote about my daily motorbike rides, I challenge myself and you, the listener, to break free from these patterns. It's about finding new paths, new adventures, and new ways to grow.
